Maybe many girls have had this experience. Before they start working out, they have already prepared several sets of fitness equipment, including sportswear of different materials, yoga pants of different colors and styles, and running shoes specifically for running. However, they are left idle after running once because they don’t look good with other clothes.

In fact, for novices, especially girls who want to achieve body shaping effects through exercise equipment, these four small equipment are more necessary.

❶ Fitness gloves
I want a perfect body, but I also want to keep my hands. It is impossible to have no calluses. Wearing gloves can relieve some of the pain. The grip will not slip when sweating. Don't be too anxious if you have calluses because these are all traces of fitness.

❷ Power belt
Suitable for deadlifts and some back training equipment. Girls generally have weaker grip strength. In the early stage, you can use some auxiliary tools to learn the key points of the movements first. Without the power belt, I would fall down when doing a set of 15kg deadlifts. After wearing it, 40kg is very easy and 50kg is very stable.

❸ Hard-soled shoes

I bought a lot of training shoes before preparing for fitness. I found that ordinary hard-soled canvas shoes are more comfortable to wear. You can't wear soft soles for hip and leg training, especially those with air cushions. Otherwise, you can't use any strength at all and are prone to injury.

❹ Portable water cup

Whether it is strength training or aerobics, you must replenish water in time. There were a few times when I didn't drink water in time. After the training, my brain was lack of oxygen and I was a little dehydrated. I had a headache all the time. So everything can be simplified, but you must bring a water cup.

In fact, there are not many things to prepare for fitness. The key is to be precise and choose what meets your needs. Good-looking fitness clothes will certainly give you more motivation, but in the early stage of training, the body changes a lot and the clothes are worn out quickly. It is better to focus on how to find a good point of force.
